Additions to Professional Certificates

The Project

Google's Learning Lab needed to add new content about artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and generative AI to the Grow with Google Career Certificate programs, hosted on the Coursera platform. Constance was invited to create templates for this new educational content to be customized and used across multiple certificates. The new content introduced learners to basic AI/ML concepts and how generative AI tools are used to enhance productivity in the workplace.

Content Creation

Serving as a technical subject matter expert (SME), Constance created the primary templates for the readings, hands-on activities, and video scripts about AI/ML and generative AI. These templates were customized, by a larger content creation team and SMEs, to add relevant details for each industry and job role covered in the suite of Google's Professional Certificates.
