The Project
The Coursera Vendor Training courses were comissioned by Coursera's Content Production Services Program Management team. The purpose of these learning programs were to orient newly contracted service providers to Coursera's business processes and best practices. Constance Burns created the new learning programs from design to launch.

The program content was provided by Coursera's Content Production Services Program Management team through interviews with department employees and through existing assets from their department's Confluence site.
